I have it all. TRX, TRX Rip Trainer, power blocks, the weighted fire hoses. These dumbbells are awesome. Regardless of weight they're the same size. You can drop them on the floor unlike metal dumbbells. These are super well made! I plan on eventually purchasing sets of every dumbbell weight.

I keep them in my truck and sometimes take them into work.
The way the weight just hangs off your hand is perfect for my sport (armwrestling). And there's just a bit of slack in it, so your hit into the weight in your movement
What I love most about the XP.Bell is how simple and safe it is to use. I can use them in place of dumbbells or kettlebells without having to change the exercises in my program. I've used a lot of different types of equipment over the years... this is by far the best!

Kettlebells and dumbbells take up a large amount of space in your home… what I love about these is that they’re pretty sleek looking, they don’t take up a lot of space, and you can also stack them...
